Borgogno Langhe Rosso

Borgogno is one of the oldest and most prestigious wine estates in Piedmont, Italy, famously associated with the history of the Barolo region. Founded in 1761 by Bartolomeo Borgogno, the winery has played a pivotal role in the development of Italian viticulture, even supplying the wine for the official dinner of Italian unification in 1861.

The production of this Langhe Rosso takes place entirely in Barolo (CN), Italy, utilizing traditional methods and local grape varieties. In 2008, the estate was acquired by the Farinetti family, who have modernized the facilities while preserving the historic cellars and the brand’s commitment to organic farming and classic winemaking styles. Today, it remains part of the Farinetti family's portfolio of high-quality Italian food and beverage brands.
