The product is manufactured in SoFine's state-of-the-art facility located in Landgraaf, Netherlands. This site serves as a central hub for distribution across Europe, including markets in Germany, Belgium, and Finland. In early 2025, the brand underwent a significant ownership change when it was acquired by The New Originals Company (NOC). This transition moved the brand from its previous owner, the Swiss Elsa Group (part of Migros), to a specialized European plant-based food conglomerate focused on expanding tofu innovation and convenience across the continent.
