Its parent company, Digi Communications N.V., is a public company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange but incorporated in the Netherlands for fiscal and corporate structural purposes. Despite the Dutch incorporation of the holding company, the brand's heart, operations, and ultimate ownership (led by Zoltán Teszári) remain firmly rooted in Romania.
