MiraLAX Laxative Powder

MiraLAX is a widely recognized over-the-counter osmotic laxative used for the treatment of occasional constipation. The product's main active ingredient is Polyethylene Glycol 3350, which works by holding water in the stool to soften it and increase the number of bowel movements.

The brand MiraLAX was originally developed by Braintree Laboratories, Inc. in the United States and was initially available only by prescription.
