Oilinvest is an international oil company that operates under the Tamoil brand across Europe. The ultimate ownership lies with the Libyan Foreign Bank, representing Libyan state interests, which oversees the broad energy investments of the Oilinvest Group. This structure allows HEM to benefit from a vertically integrated supply chain, from crude source to the gas pump.
