Schweppes Mandarin

Schweppes Mandarin is a variety of carbonated soft drink that falls under the historic Schweppes brand. The Schweppes brand traces its origins back to Geneva, Switzerland, in 1783, where it was founded by Johann Jacob Schweppe. He was the first person to develop a commercial process to manufacture carbonated mineral water, laying the foundation for the modern soft drink industry.

Today, the ownership and manufacturing of Schweppes are complex due to historical acquisitions and regional split-offs. In much of the world, including Europe and many other continents, the brand is owned by the beverage giant Keurig Dr Pepper. However, in various regions like some parts of Europe, the manufacture and distribution rights are held by companies like Suntory Beverage & Food or local bottlers under license from The Coca-Cola Company.
