St-Germain is an elderflower liqueur produced in France, renowned for its distinctive Art Deco-style bottle and high-quality artisanal craftsmanship. It was created using fresh, hand-picked elderflowers harvested once a year in late spring. Each bottle is numbered to indicate the year the flowers were gathered, ensuring a unique vintage-like quality to the spirit.

Founded in 2007 by Robert J. Cooper of Cooper Spirits Company, the brand was inspired by the St-Germain-des-Prés district in Paris. Despite its relatively recent creation, it has become a staple in modern mixology. In 2013, the brand was acquired by Bacardi Limited, which has expanded its global presence while maintaining the traditional French production methods in the Loire Valley.
