Historically, the brand was a cornerstone of the Stock Spirits Group. Over the decades, the company navigated through various ownership changes, including its acquisition by Oaktree Capital Management in 2008 and its subsequent public listing. In a significant move in late 2023, the Stock Spirits Group was acquired by CVC Capital Partners, a leading global private equity firm. Today, Stock 84 continues to be primarily produced in Italy, maintaining the traditional recipes and quality standards established over a century ago under the umbrella of a large international investment portfolio.
