Sperm cell (Biological gamete)

A sperm cell is the male reproductive cell, or gamete, in anisogamous forms of sexual reproduction. Unlike commercial products, sperm is an organic biological entity produced naturally within the seminiferous tubules of the testes in the male human body through a process called spermatogenesis.

From a biological standpoint, there is no corporate brand or ultimate owner associated with human cells. The 'origin' is rooted in human evolution and biology rather than commercial invention. While sperm can be utilized in medical contexts—such as fertility treatments or cryopreservation—it is considered a biological material governed by human rights and health regulations rather than trademark law.

In the context of assisted reproductive technology (ART), various private or public fertility clinics and sperm banks may collect, store, and distribute samples, but they do not 'own' the brand of the cell itself. The production is a continuous physiological process occurring within the living organism, requiring approximately 64 to 72 days to complete a full cycle of development.
