Starting in 2015, the company underwent significant ownership changes as it merged with the Meyers brand to form Løgismose Meyers. This entity was subsequently acquired by the Nordic private equity firm IK Partners (formerly IK Investment Partners). Today, Løgismose remains a staple of the Danish culinary scene, maintaining its headquarters and primary operations in Denmark while under the ownership of IK Partners, which manages a diverse portfolio across Northern Europe.
