Carola is a historic French brand of spring water sourced from the town of Ribeauvillé in the Alsace region. Known since 1888, the water is naturally filtered through the rocks of the Vosges mountains, giving it a unique mineral composition.

Originally a family-run business, the brand was acquired by various beverage groups over the decades, including Nestlé Waters. However, following a strategic shift to focus on local regional heritage, Carola was acquired by the French group Spadel. Today, it stands as a leading regional water brand in eastern France, emphasizing sustainable local production and distribution.
