Naked Juice is a prominent brand specializing in premium fruit juices and smoothies, known for its focus on providing beverages without added sugars or preservatives. Founded in Santa Monica, California, by Jimmy Barela and David Sello, the brand began by selling fresh juices on the beach, emphasizing raw and natural ingredients.

Over the decades, Naked has evolved from a local health-food staple into a global household name. Its manufacturing primarily occurs in the United States, where it maintains large-scale production facilities to ensure product freshness and distribution efficiency. The brand's commitment to the 'naked' philosophy—meaning nothing hidden—remains a core part of its identity, even as its product line has expanded to include functional ingredients like proteins and probiotics.

In early 2022, the brand underwent a significant ownership change. Previously a part of the PepsiCo stable for 15 years, Naked was sold as part of the Tropicana and other juice brands portfolio to PAI Partners. This transition led to the formation of Tropicana Brands Group, a joint venture where PAI Partners holds the majority stake, while PepsiCo continues to maintain a minority interest and distribution involvement.
