Phebo is an iconic Brazilian brand of premium hygiene products, famous for its vegetable-based glycerin soaps and distinctive vintage fragrances. Founded in 1930 in Belém do Pará by cousins Mario Santiago and Antônio Santiago, the brand was created with the goal of producing a high-quality global-standard fragrance using Amazonian essences.

The Lima da Pérsia (Persian Lime) variant is one of the brand's many specialized botanical scents. In 2004, the brand was acquired by Granado Pharmácias, resulting in the Granado Phebo group. Today, the products are manufactured in Brazil, specifically in the Granado factory located in Japeri, Rio de Janeiro. The company remains privately held by the dos Santos family, with a significant investment stake from the Spanish group Puig, ensuring its expansion while maintaining its traditional identity.
