Sadochok is one of the most recognizable and popular juice brands in Ukraine. It was originally launched by the Sandora company in the early 2000s, positioning itself as a brand that brings the taste of traditional Ukrainian orchards to consumers. The product shown is a multivitamin nectar specifically marketed for children, often featuring playful characters and small carton packaging convenient for school lunches.

In 2007, the brand underwent a significant ownership change when PepsiCo and PepsiAmericas acquired a majority stake in Sandora. Today, the brand remains a core part of the PepsiCo portfolio in the Eastern European region. While it maintains its strong Ukrainian identity and local production facilities in the Mykolaiv region, its corporate direction and ultimate ownership reside with the American multinational food and beverage giant, PepsiCo.
