7UP is a globally recognized lemon-lime flavored soft drink brand. The brand was originally created by Charles Leiper Grigg, who founded The Howdy Corporation in 1929 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. It was initially launched as 'Bib-Label Lithiated Lemon-Lime Soda' and later renamed to 7UP.

Today, the ownership of 7UP is divided globally. In the United States, the brand is owned by Keurig Dr Pepper. However, for all international markets outside of the U.S., including the European market where this barcode 544 is often associated with distribution in Belgium or Luxembourg, the brand is owned by PepsiCo. Manufacturing typically takes place in the selling country through local bottling partners or regional PepsiCo facilities.
