Iago's Wine is a prestigious artisanal wine producer located in the Kartli region of Georgia. Founded by Iago Bitarishvili, the brand is world-renowned for its commitment to ancient Georgian winemaking traditions, particularly the use of 'Qvevri'—large terracotta vessels buried underground for fermentation and aging.

The winery specializes in the Chinuri grape variety, producing skin-contact white wines (often referred to as amber or orange wines) following organic certification standards. Every bottle is produced and bottled at the estate in the village of Chardakhi, ensuring total control over the manufacturing process from vineyard to glass.

As a boutique, family-owned winery, Iago's Wine remains under the direct ownership and management of its founder.
