Today, the Westinghouse brand is no longer a single manufacturing entity but a collection of licensed products across various categories including televisions, kitchen appliances, lighting, and power generators. Production is decentralized and occurs in multiple countries, primarily China and other manufacturing hubs in Southeast Asia, depending on the specific licensee managing the product line.

Since the late 1990s, the ownership of the brand name has been through several corporate shifts. After the original Westinghouse Electric Corporation acquired CBS and transformed into CBS Corporation, the brand rights eventually became part of ViacomCBS. As of the 2020s, the brand is owned by Paramount Global (formerly ViacomCBS) and is managed through their subsidiary, Westinghouse Electric Corporation (New), which focuses on maintaining the brand's intellectual property and licensing it to third-party manufacturers worldwide.
