Peñafiel Limonada

Peñafiel Limonada is a popular carbonated beverage belonging to one of Mexico's most iconic mineral water brands. The Peñafiel brand originated in Tehuacán, Puebla, Mexico, in 1928, capitalizing on the region's natural spring waters. Over the decades, it evolved from traditional mineral water to including a wide range of flavored refreshments like this lemonade.

While the brand is deeply Mexican in heritage and manufacturing—with major plants located in Tlajomulco, Jalisco; Tehuacán, Puebla; and Tecámac, State of Mexico—the ownership has transitioned through several international hands. Today, it is part of the Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio. This merger has integrated Mexican heritage with American corporate management, keeping Peñafiel as a cornerstone brand in the North American beverage market.
