Panettone Bauducco is a globally recognized seasonal cake, famously known for its traditional Italian recipe. The brand was founded in Brazil by Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant who arrived in 1948 and introduced the artisanal panettone craft to South America. Over the decades, it has grown from a small family bakery in São Paulo to one of the world's largest manufacturers of baked goods.

The manufacturing process primarily takes place in Brazil, where the company operates multiple production facilities. However, due to its international expansion, particularly in North America, Bauducco also produces goods through its facilities in the United States and distributes to over 50 countries. The brand remains under the stewardship of the founding family through Pandurata Alimentos, maintaining the original secret sourdough starter (the madre) brought from Italy over 70 years ago.
