In recent years, as part of a strategic global restructuring, Johnson & Johnson spun off its consumer health division into a newline independent company called Kenvue. As of 2024 and moving into 2025 and 2026, Cotonetes is owned and managed by Kenvue, which is headquartered in the United States. In Brazil, where this specific package was manufactured, the brand continues to be a market leader in personal hygiene, produced locally to meet regional demand.
