The brand was established with the goal of creating high-concentration dermatological skincare treatments that are suitable for even the most sensitive skin. All SVR products, including the [COLLAGEN] BIOTIC range, are formulated and manufactured primarily in France, adhering to strict European safety and quality standards.

In terms of ownership, SVR underwent significant growth after being acquired by the HLDI and Didier Tabary (the former president of Filorga) in 2014. Today, it operates under the Laboratoire SVR entity, which remains headquartered in Paris, France.
