Le 5 Frères is a specialty farmhouse Camembert produced by the GAEC de la Cayenne in Bermonville, within the Seine-Maritime department of Normandy, France. The brand was established by five brothers—Charles, Pierre, Victor, Benoît, and François—who took over the family farm to revive the traditional production of raw milk Camembert. Every cheese is hand-ladled and aged on-site, preserving artisanal techniques that have become increasingly rare in industrial cheese production.

Ownership remains strictly within the family. The GAEC (Groupement Agricole d'Exploitation en Commun) de la Cayenne is a family-owned agricultural partnership, ensuring that the brand remains independent and deeply rooted in its local terroir.
