Landewyck is a traditional tobacco brand manufactured by Heintz van Landewyck. The brand originated in Luxembourg, where the company was founded in 1847. Today, it remains one of the few large independent family-owned tobacco businesses in Europe.

Manufacturing takes place in several locations within the European Union. A significant portion of the production for the German market is handled at the facility in Trier, Germany, as indicated by the address on the packaging. The owner company, Landewyck Group, maintains its headquarters in Luxembourg and continues to operate as a family-run enterprise, independent of the major global tobacco conglomerates.
