Today, Isostar is owned by Nutrition & Santé, a leading European company in dietetic and organic food products based in France. Nutrition & Santé itself is a subsidiary of the Japanese Otsuka Pharmaceutical group, which acquired the company to expand its presence in the international functional food market.
