Bauducco is an iconic Brazilian brand specializing in traditional Italian-style baked goods, particularly panettones and biscuits. The brand was founded in 1952 by Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant who arrived in São Paulo from Turin, Italy, bringing with him the original family recipe for natural fermentation dough (pasta madre).
Today, Bauducco is recognized as the largest producer of panettones in the world. While its heritage is Italian, the company is deeply rooted in Brazil, where nearly all of its manufacturing takes place. The brand remains under the management of the founding family through Pandurata Alimentos, maintaining its status as a leading multinational food group in Latin America with exports to over 50 countries.
