La Casera is an iconic Spanish brand founded in 1949 by the Duffo family. It quickly became famous for its 'Gaseosa' (a sweetened carbonated water) which is a staple in Spanish households, often mixed with wine to make Tinto de Verano. Today, it is owned by the Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, a subsidiary of the Japanese multinational conglomerate Suntory Group.
