Today, Arexons operates as a key business unit within the multinational landscape, maintaining its primary research, development, and manufacturing facilities in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy. Since 2007, the brand has been under the ownership of the PETRONAS Group, a global energy and solutions company based in Malaysia. This acquisition integrated Arexons into the PETRONAS Lubricants International ecosystem, allowing the brand to leverage global distribution networks while maintaining its 'Made in Italy' heritage and specialized chemical expertise.
