St. Kilian Distillers Whisky

St. Kilian Distillers is a prominent German whisky producer located in Rüdenau, Lower Franconia. Founded by Andreas Thümmler in 2012, with the first production starting in 2016, it has quickly become one of the largest and most awarded single malt whisky distilleries in Germany and continental Europe.

The brand is inspired by Irish distilling traditions but utilizes custom-made copper pot stills from Scotland (Forsyths). The distillery produces a wide range of spirits including single malts, liqueurs, and experimental batches. As a privately-owned German company, it maintains full control over its production process, from mashing to maturation on-site in Rüdenau.
