Manufacturing primarily takes place at Arla's Holstebro Dairy in Denmark, which is the central production hub for Kærgården. The product is owned by Arla Foods amba, a large European dairy cooperative owned by thousands of dairy farmers across several European countries, ensuring a direct link from the farm to the consumer's table. Its headquarters remain in Viby, Denmark.
