Today, the brand is owned by The Coca-Cola Company, following its acquisition of Kaiser's soft drink and water portfolio in the early 2000s. The brand is managed and distributed locally through the Coca-Cola Brasil franchise system, ensuring its presence across the entire country. The ultimate ownership lies with the American multinational beverage corporation headquartered in Atlanta.
