Chá Leão Fennel Tea

Chá Leão is one of Brazil's most traditional and iconic tea brands. Founded in 1901 by Agostinho Ermelino de Leão Jr. in Curitiba, Paraná, the company revolutionized the consumption of yerba mate and herbal infusions in South America. Originally known as Leão Junior S.A., the brand built a century-long reputation for quality and innovation in the beverage sector. In 2007, the brand was acquired by The Coca-Cola Company as part of its strategy to diversify its portfolio beyond carbonated soft drinks. Today, while it remains a deeply rooted Brazilian brand with significant local manufacturing, it is under the ultimate ownership of the American multinational corporation Coca-Cola. The products are widely distributed in Brazil by Coca-Cola Femsa and other regional bottlers.
