Bauducco Roll

Bauducco is a well-known brand of baked goods, particularly famous for its Panettones and wafer products. The brand was founded in 1952 by Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant who arrived in Brazil with his original panettone recipe. The business expanded from a small bakery in São Paulo to one of the largest baked goods companies in Brazil and a major international exporter.

Today, the brand is owned by Pandurata Alimentos, which remains a family-controlled enterprise through the Bauducco family. While the manufacturing is primarily concentrated in Brazil to serve the Latin American market, the company has also established manufacturing facilities in the United States (specifically in Miami, Florida) to satisfy the growing North American demand. This international presence has solidified Bauducco as a global leader in the confectionery and bakery sectors.
