Reese's is an iconic American brand of peanut butter cups and chocolate bars. It was invented by H.B. Reese, a former dairy farmer and shipping foreman for Milton S. Hershey. Reese started his own candy business in his basement in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and created the legendary Peanut Butter Cup in 1928.
Today, the brand is owned by The Hershey Company. While the majority of production remains in the United States, particularly in Hershey, PA, and Stuarts Draft, VA, some products are manufactured in facilities in Mexico to meet global demand. Reese's has evolved from a single product into a massive portfolio including white chocolate variants, bars, and seasonal shapes, remaining one of the top-selling confectionery brands in the world.
