Monsavon is an iconic French personal care brand, famous for its milk-based formulations since its inception in 1925. Originally launched by the Société des Savons Français, the brand became a household name in France for its gentle soaps and later expanded into deodorants and shower gels.

For many years, Monsavon was a part of the Unilever portfolio. However, in a strategic move to focus on high-growth core categories, Unilever reached an agreement in late 2023 to sell several of its personal care brands, including Monsavon, to Yellow Wood Partners. Under the ownership of High Ridge Brands (a portfolio company of Yellow Wood Partners), the brand continues to leverage its deep French heritage while being manufactured in various European facilities to serve its primary French and surrounding markets.
