Today, Thorne operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Summerville, South Carolina, where the vast majority of its products are formulated and bottled. In late 2023, the brand underwent a significant transition when it was acquired by the private equity firm L Catterton. This acquisition moved Thorne from a publicly traded entity to a private subsidiary, positioning it for continued global expansion in the premium wellness market.
