Albaöl Air Fryer Spray

Albaöl Air Fryer Spray is a specialized cooking oil designed for use in air fryers and for high-heat pan frying, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250°C. The brand Albaöl originated in Sweden, developed through a collaboration between Swedish physicians and nutritionists who sought to create a rapeseed-based oil that replicated the taste of butter but with the nutritional benefits of vegetable oil.

The product is manufactured in Sweden by the original company, Lohmanders (now part of the Foodmark group). The Albaöl brand is widely known in Northern Europe for its distinctive buttery aroma and high smoke point. It is owned by Foodmark Sweden AB, which in turn is a subsidiary of the Norwegian industrial group Orkla ASA. This ownership ensures that while the product remains rooted in Swedish agricultural expertise, it benefits from the vast distribution network of one of the Nordic region's largest consumer goods companies.
