Brastemp Microwave Oven

Brastemp is a renowned Brazilian brand of major appliances, established in 1954 in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo. The brand was created through a partnership between the Chrysler Corporation and the Brazilian company Brasmotor. Brastemp is widely recognized in Brazil for its innovation and quality, famously coined in the 1990s slogan 'Não é uma Brastemp' (It's not a Brastemp), which became a common cultural expression meaning something isn't of the highest quality.

Today, Brastemp belongs to Whirlpool Latin America, a subsidiary of Whirlpool Corporation. Most Brastemp products, including microwave ovens, are manufactured in Brazil, specifically in modern facilities located in Joinville, Manaus, and Rio Claro.
