T-fal Express Steam iron

T-fal (known as Tefal outside North America and Japan) is a renowned brand specializing in non-stick cookware and small kitchen appliances. The brand originated in France in 1954 when engineer Marc Grégoire followed his wife's advice and applied Teflon to her cooking pans, leading to the creation of the first non-stick pan.

Today, T-fal is owned by Groupe SEB, a large French consortium that is a global leader in small domestic equipment. While the brand maintains significant high-end production facilities in France (as indicated by the French flag logo on many premium models), a wide range of its products, including iron models like the Express Steam series, are manufactured in China to cater to global distribution while maintaining a balance of quality and cost-effectiveness. In Mexico, the products are distributed via the local subsidiary, Groupe SEB México.
