Bauducco is a world-renowned brand synonymous with traditional Italian-style baked goods, most notably Panettone. The brand's history began in 1952 when Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant, opened a small pastry shop in São Paulo, Brazil. Utilizing his family's traditional sourdough recipe, he introduced the Italian Christmas bread to the Brazilian market, eventually transforming the small shop into one of the world's largest baked goods manufacturers.

Today, Bauducco operates massive production facilities in Brazil and expanded its manufacturing footprint to the United States with a factory in Miami, Florida. This allows the company to distribute its diverse product range, including wafers, cookies, and toasts, to over 50 countries across the globe.

The brand remains a family-led enterprise under the Pandurata Alimentos group. It has successfully transitioned from a local bakery to a global powerhouse in the food industry while maintaining the original sourdough starter that Carlo Bauducco brought from Italy over seven decades ago. The ownership remains firmly rooted in Brazil, led by the third generation of the Bauducco family.
