Manufacturing for Tecnica's high-end ski boots remains heavily concentrated in Montebelluna, Italy, which is widely considered the world's leading district for sports shoe production. While some components or lower-tier footwear models may be sourced from international facilities, the core technical engineering and assembly often pride themselves on their Italian craftsmanship.

Today, Tecnica is the flagship brand of the Tecnica Group (Tecnica Group S.p.A.), which remains headquartered in Giavera del Montello, Italy. The group has grown into a powerhouse in the outdoor industry, owning several prestigious brands including Nordica, Blizzard, Rollerblade, and Lowa. While the Zanatta family maintains a significant role in the company, the private equity firm Italmobiliare acquired a minority stake in 2017 to fuel international growth and modernization of the group's operations.
