Funky Buddha Brewery Craft Beer

Funky Buddha Brewery is a prominent craft brewery originally founded in 2010 by Ryan and K.C. Sentz in Boca Raton, Florida. The brand gained significant acclaim for its bold and non-traditional flavor profiles, such as its famous Maple Bacon Coffee Porter, which helped define the culinary beer movement in the regional craft scene.

In 2017, the brewery was acquired by Constellation Brands as part of their push into the premium craft beer market. However, in a significant shift in corporate strategy, the brewery's original founders, Ryan and K.C. Sentz, reached an agreement to re-acquire the brand in 2023. As of 2024 and heading into 2025, Funky Buddha has returned to being an independent, founder-led company. Production remains centralized at their large-scale facility in Oakland Park, Florida, where they continue to produce a wide range of IPAs, porters, and seasonal brews for distribution.
