Grand Seiko is a premium luxury watch brand that was established in 1960 with the goal of creating the ideal watch by achieving the highest possible levels of precision, legibility, and durability. Every Grand Seiko watch is handcrafted by expert craftspeople in two dedicated studios in Japan: the Shizukuishi Watch Studio for mechanical movements and the Shinshu Watch Studio for Spring Drive and quartz movements.

Starting as a high-end line within the Seiko corporation, Grand Seiko was reimagined as a fully independent brand in 2017 to better position it in the global luxury market. The brand is renowned for its proprietary 'Spring Drive' technology and meticulous 'Zaratsu' polishing techniques. Today, it remains under the ownership of Seiko Watch Corporation, a key subsidiary of the Seiko Group (formerly Seiko Holdings Corporation), maintaining its status as a masterpiece of Japanese horology and craftsmanship.
