Nestlé Pureza Vital mineral water

Nestlé Pureza Vital (known globally as Nestlé Pure Life) is a major bottled water brand. While the Nestlé brand originated in Switzerland in 1866, the Pure Life/Pureza Vital water brand was launched in 1998 to provide safe drinking water globally. In Brazil, it is sourced from local springs, such as Fonte Primavera as indicated on the label.

Historically a Nestlé Waters brand, the management and ownership structure for the water business in Brazil changed in 2018 when Minalba Alimentos (part of the Edson Queiroz Group) acquired Nestlé Waters' business in the country, though it continues to operate under license. Therefore, while the brand remains under Nestlé's global intellectual property, its production and commercialization in the Brazilian market are handled by local conglomerates.
