Pilsen Classica

Imperial is a renowned Costa Rican beer brand, widely known as 'La Cerveza de Costa Rica'. Originally launched in 1924 by the Ortega Brewery, it has evolved into a cultural icon in its home country. The beer is characterized by its balanced flavor and the iconic eagle logo on the packaging.

Today, the brand is owned by FIFCO (Florida Ice and Farm Company), a significant food and beverage corporation headquartered in Costa Rica, and is produced by them. The brewing takes place mainly at the Cervecería Costa Rica facility in Heredia. FIFCO has expanded the distribution of Imperial to international markets, including the United States and parts of Europe, positioning it as a premium export lager.
