Casa Suíça is a traditional Brazilian brand specializing in artisanal-style cakes and panettones. Although its name translates to 'Swiss House,' the brand was founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1996 by a Swiss pastry chef, aiming to bring European confectionery techniques to the Brazilian market.
Over the years, the brand established a strong presence in the premium bakery segment. In 2016, Casa Suíça was acquired by Marilan Alimentos, one of Brazil's largest biscuit manufacturers. Since then, it has benefited from Marilan's extensive distribution network while maintaining its focus on traditional recipes like the natural fermentation panettone shown in the image. Today, the products are manufactured in dedicated facilities in Brazil under the ownership of Marilan Alimentos.
