Loctite Super Bonder is a globally recognized brand of instant adhesive, commonly known as super glue. The brand Loctite was originally founded in the United States in the 1950s by Professor Vernon Krieble. It gained fame for its anaerobic adhesives and was later expanded into the consumer market with cyanoacrylate products like Super Bonder.
In 1997, the brand was acquired by the German multinational Henkel, which now owns and manages Loctite globally. For the Brazilian market, Loctite products are typically manufactured locally at Henkel's production facilities in Brazil, though specialized formulations may be imported from other international Henkel plants. Henkel remains the ultimate owner, operating as a leader in both consumer and industrial adhesive technologies.
Today, Loctite Super Bonder Mega is a staple in households and workshops for its high-performance bonding capabilities across various materials including plastics, metals, and rubber.
