CeraVe is a dermatological skincare brand founded in the United States in 2005. It was developed in collaboration with dermatologists to focus on restoring the skin's natural barrier through a unique blend of three essential ceramides and Multivesicular Emulsion (MVE) technology.

Originally launched under Coria Laboratories, the brand was later acquired by Valeant Pharmaceuticals before being sold to the French cosmetics giant L'Oréal in 2017. Today, CeraVe is one of the fastest-growing skincare brands globally, positioned within L'Oréal's Dermatological Beauty division. While manufacturing originally centered in the USA, production now takes place in various global facilities, including France and the Americas, to meet international demand.
