Milk-Bone Stuffed dog treats are a popular snack for pets, featuring a crunchy exterior and a soft, meaty center with flavors like real bacon and beef. The Milk-Bone brand has a long history, dating back to 1908 when it was created by the F.H. Bennett Biscuit Company in New York. Originally named "Maltoid," the biscuit was renamed Milk-Bone because of its high milk content and bone-like shape.
Over the decades, the brand has changed owners several times, moving from Nabisco to Del Monte Foods, and then to Big Heart Pet Brands. Today, Milk-Bone is owned by The J.M. Smucker Company, a major American food and beverage manufacturer. The majority of Milk-Bone products, including these stuffed varieties, are primarily manufactured in the United States, specifically at dedicated facilities in New York and other domestic locations.
