Purina Party Mix cat treats are a popular line of feline snacks under the Purina brand. The brand's origins date back to 1894 in the United States, when William H. Danforth founded the Robinson-Danforth Commission Company, which later became Ralston Purina. For over a century, the company established itself as a leader in animal nutrition.
In 2001, the Swiss multinational food and beverage giant Nestlé acquired Ralston Purina, merging it with its own pet care division to form Nestlé Purina PetCare. This merger solidified the brand's position as a global leader in pet products. Today, while the brand is owned by the Swiss-headquartered Nestlé S.A., its products for the North American market, including these cat treats, are primarily manufactured in the United States. In Canada, the brand is managed through Nestlé Purina PetCare Canada, based in Mississauga, Ontario.
