The production of Agnesi pasta moved from its original Ligurian site to Fossano, in the Piedmont region, following its acquisition by the Colussi Group. The brand remains a symbol of Italian culinary heritage, combining traditional methods like bronze die extrusion with modern sustainability practices, such as compostable packaging. As of 2024 and looking toward 2026, Agnesi remains a core brand within the Colussi family portfolio, maintaining its headquarters and manufacturing operations strictly in Italy.
